Everything you need to know before booking.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 4 PM, check-out by 11 AM at the latest. Late arrivals are possible (until 10 PM) at no extra charge — just let us know 48 hours ahead. The keys are handed over in person when you arrive, for a warm welcome and a little tour of the place.
Is cleaning included in the price?
A cleaning fee is added to your stay, depending on its length: 20 € for 1 night, 25 € for 2 nights and 40 € from 3 nights. It covers a full clean after you leave. During your stay, you keep the apartment however you like. A complete kit (broom, supplies) is at your disposal.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, one pet per stay is welcome (a 3€ per nightsurcharge applies). Simply tick the « I'm travelling with a pet » box when you book, and the surcharge will be added automatically. The residence garden is perfect for walks. Please help us keep the shared areas clean.
How is the tourist tax calculated?
In line with the CAVEM-Fréjus area schedule, the tourist tax for this property (unclassified tourist accommodation) is 5% of the pre-tax cost per person per night, capped at 4,30€ per person per night. A surcharge of 44%(10% Var department + 34% LGV Provence Côte d'Azur) is added on top. The calculation is built in automatically in the total shown when you book.
How does the security deposit work?
A 500€ hold is placed on your card 48 hours before arrival, with no actual charge. It is released automatically 7 days after you leave, once the property has been checked. In 47 stays, not a single deduction.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. Between 30 and 7 days: 50% refunded. Under 7 days: non-refundable, except in documented cases of force majeure (we're still human).
Is there parking on site?
Yes, a private parking space in the secure residence, included in the price. Enough for a standard car. A visitor car park is also available in the residence if you arrive with a second vehicle.
Are linens and towels provided?
Everything is included: fresh linens, towels, kitchen cloths and a bath mat. Bed made on arrival.
